Statement to Customers Regarding Stockwell Elastomerics’ Silicone and Elastomer Supply Chain

There have been significant challenges in the material and component supply chains as the USA and the world emerged from the pandemic. Although most current lead times as of Q4 2023 are extended compared to 2019 levels, the supply chain has stabilized. Stockwell Elastomerics continues to keep elevated raw material inventory to ensure fast service for its customers. As an organization, we are striving to return to service levels and finished product lead times of 2019.

In addition to material supply chain efforts, Stockwell Elastomerics has added people and equipment to continue to expand our internal capacity.

Summarized below is our current situation with lead times from some of our key suppliers:

• Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR): In general, Stockwell Elastomerics has good inventory position of common grades of LSR, with replenishment time for the most common grades of about 4-8 weeks.
• Rogers BISCO® Silicones: lead times up to 4-13 weeks (depending on grade) and improving.
• Rogers PORON® Urethane Foams: lead times remain at the standard 2 weeks.
• Saint-Gobain NORSEAL® Silicones: lead times at 12 weeks and improving.
• Specialty Silicone Products: lead times at 3-8 weeks (depending on grade).
• 3M Pressure Sensitive Adhesives / Other Pressure Sensitive : Stockwell Elastomerics currently has strong inventory positions, with supplier lead times of 4-8 weeks on most grades.
